Cancellation Policy
Your time of appointment and treatment have been reserved especially for you at your request. 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to

the appointment.  Unfortunately, if we do not receive 24 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation charge

will be incurred for any treatment/treatments not cancelled.  Missed appointments will be

charged at full price.
